Originally from Denver, Colorado, Amanda and her family made the move to Huntsville over three years ago, seeking closer connections with family and professional growth. Her journey in real estate began on the banking side as a mortgage loan closer and processor, amassing over ten years of combined experience in mortgage closing, settlement and title processes. Eager to expand her knowledge, Amanda made the switch to the title side and became a licensed title agent in the State of Alabama, also holding a notary license in Madison County.
Outside of the world of real estate, Amanda enjoys quality time with her husband and four-year-old son. Whether it’s fishing at the lake or playing in the backyard, they cherish moments spent outdoors. Currently pursuing a business degree at Colorado Technical University, Amanda has plans to attend law school after completion, with a focus on real estate law. Her multifaceted expertise and commitment to professional growth make Amanda a key asset at Empire Title AL.
Behrouz Rahmati has been shaping the legal landscape since 1993. With a core focus on Commercial and Residential Real Estate transactions and Personal Injury Law, Behrouz brings over 30 years of expertise to the forefront. His commitment to excellence extends beyond Alabama, as he represents clients in various courts, including the US Supreme Court.
A distinguished member of the American Bar Association and the Alabama Bar Association, Behrouz is deeply connected within the legal community. He played a pivotal role in establishing the first Public Defender Program for the City of Huntsville and has served on the Executive Board and Membership Committee for the Madison County Bar Association, as well as the Board of Counsel to International Visitors in Madison County.
Armed with a Juris Doctorate from Jones School of Law, Behrouz is admitted to practice before multiple courts, ensuring a comprehensive approach to your real estate needs.
